Your vacation here at Pine Beach Resort begins any time after 2 pm and sadly must end on check-out day any time before 11:00 am. 

Pets: 

Only previously approved Pets (sorry no cats) are allowed in cabins, please contact us during the reservation process, just ask for Kim. Pet fees $25.00 per night (3-night min.) $125.00 weekly. Pet owners are responsible for the immediate cleanup of all animal waste. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the cabin and never left alone. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your pet. Dogs are not allowed in the designated people swim and beach area, but they have their own pup beach. If you have a dog that likes to swim, ask Kim at check-in for full details. 
 

Damages: 

We reserve the right to charge for any damage or extensive cleaning caused during your stay. 
 

Day Guest: 

Please get approval from Pine Beach Resort for all-day guests. Day guests are not allowed to bring pets on the property. A small charge may be applied for day guests staying for a longer period of time, larger groups, or over holidays. 
 

Deposits: 

Are required for all reservations. The customer is responsible for the entire length of the reservation, if you check out early you are still responsible for the entire reserved stay. Sorry, but I have no control over mother nature. 
 

Cancellation Policy: 

Deposits are nonrefundable upon cancellation for any reason, unless the cabin is re-booked for the entire length of your stay. Your deposit will be returned minus a $150.00 cancellation fee. 
 

If you cancel your reservation within 4 weeks of your check-in date, you will be billed for the full cabin rental, unless the cabin is re-booked for the entire length of your stay, with cabin rebooked, your deposit will be returned minus a $300.00 short notice cancellation fee. This money goes into our advertising budget and attempting to fill last-minute cancellations. If you cancel your stay in any of our cabins and another cabin guest wishes to move cabins, the cancellation terms still apply until that cabin is reserved and confirmed. 
 

Year in Advance Reservations: 

Maybe made at the time of check out. You have the first right to the same cabin and the same week for next year’s reservation. 

 

General Cabin Information 

All cabins and buildings at Pine Beach Resort are smoke-free. 

 

All cabins are equipped with a flat-screen TV and Roku streaming devices. If you have codes for some of your favorite channels from your providers at home, remember to bring them with you.

 

Wi-Fi is available over most of the resort. 

 

All resort guests and visitors must sign in and register. 

 

Kitchens are equipped with basic kitchen items including dishes, glassware, cookware, dish towels, dish soap, toaster, coffeemaker and filters, microwave, full-size stove, and refrigerators. 

 

Bedding is provided, but remember to bring your own bath and beach towels in June July, and August, soap, and toiletries. Toilet paper is provided. 

 

For your convenience, we have available life jackets for playing in the swim area and on the Bongo, or for water toys, we ask that parents make sure they are returned to the boathouse daily and hung up.

 

Porta cribs are available with advance requests. Cabins all have fans, we do not have AC, but find we are blessed by the lake breeze and the shade of the tall pines. 

 

Firewood is available for purchase, bringing firewood onto the resort is not permitted. 

Each cabin has its own large fire ring, picnic table, several outdoor chairs, and charcoal Weber grill. Charcoal and lighter fluid are available for purchase on-site.
